As a fertility doula I offer my own personal services and wisdom through Yoga and Reiki. But this is about you and ALL of the paths toward conception, including other mind-body work or the miracles of modern medicine. As your fertility doula, I offer guidance and referrals to a network of care providers that may assist you in conceiving while holding space for you in this journey toward motherhood.

Thanks Dawn for your wonderful spiritual healing work. I have had a trial to beat all and I don’t know how I would have managed without you. Thank you for everything!!

Conscious Conception with Yoga

We could call it pre-conception, conscious conception, trying to conceive or fertility. If you are working on making a baby (now or soon), self-care is golden. Join us in the 5-class series where we dive into the power and information behind our menstrual cycles and our womb space in the conception journey. We will create intention for receptivity on the physical and energetic levels, and use a variety of modalities including yoga, meditation and essential oils to heal. Use this time to connect with your Self and a community of women as you explore what Motherhood looks like for you. Registration is required.

Dawn’s Conscious Conception yoga classes helped me feel supported during my conception journey. I was warmly welcomed to each class and guided through ways to honor all my experiences, mind, body and spirit. This class provides a unique service for women looking to feel part of community that encourages holistic wellness and fosters healthy relationships with oneself and among other women.
