Join us for a time of community, connection and gentle movement as you adjust to life with your new baby. This class will be relaxed and friendly as you move and listen to your body while connecting with baby. Postures and movement will help relieve tension from nursing and heal from the experiences of labor and birth. Breath work and meditation techniques will help you move mindfully into motherhood. Its ok if you come late. Its ok if you walk around or nurse or nap the whole class, and there will be ample time for relaxation! Come as soon after birth as you feel comfortable. No yoga experience necessary. Babies of all ages welcome.
