It is back! If you have not yet taken the dive with me into Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) practice, now is the time! Join this intimate circle to begin to explore the power of your menstrual cycle. There is so much more than knowing when you're ovulating or when to expect your blood. This is a profound practice of un-shaming your body and embracing its wisdom. Through MCA we can explore our Inner Seasons, emotional and energetic ebbs and flows, and our personal powers and gifts. Perhaps the most important aspect of this is that menstruation can be a time of bliss as we are able to connect with our inner knowing and with divine guidance.
