Postnatal Yoga (ongoing weekly)
This class is for people who are at any stage of postpartum - 3 months or 3+ years. You are welcome to come with or without your little one. This class is ongoing. Join us anytime for a drop-in.
Grief + Grounding Circle and Movement Workshop
The world is changing at an exponential rate which can send our nervous systems out of bounds. In order to affect positive change in the world, YOU must be well first. We must be grounded and we must know who we can turn to. In this circle and movement workshop you will learn tools for creating safety and building resilience. There will also be time for sharing and reflecting in a contained and safe space. This workshop is offered by-donation with a minimum suggested donation of $10 (no one will be turned away).

Wise Women’s Circle
Feeling the shift of hormones? Feeling chaos in your body or life regarding your cycles? In the Wise Women’s Circle we will breathe, move (a bit - it’s not a yoga class), use our voices, share and rest. The practices and content will be relevant to the peri-menopause experience.
Mother's Breath Collective
I invite you to join us 3 days per week for a short, accessible practice of breathing, holding and witnessing each other. For 20 minutes we will gather online to check in, breath, move and witness. For the months of November and December this will be a free offering. Join us any time.

Community Mother Blessing Ceremony
We know that birth is a Rite of Passage. We feel it in our bones that this is true. Even if we have not experienced birth, we know that mothers are transformed by the experience. But we don't see that acknowledgement from our communities or society at large. Ceremony is one way that we can honor a rite of passage.
