This class is for people who are at any stage of postpartum, whether that is 3 weeks* or 3 years! And postpartum is any time after birth, miscarriage, abortion or still birth. The need and window for deep healing is available.
You are welcome to come with or without your little one. You are welcome to nurse, or nap, or do downward facing dog and core strengtheners. Accommodations will be made for all who are present.
My intention is for this time to be accessible, nourishing and inclusive. It is a space where it is safe to be all things mom, all things postpartum. A place where you can support your nervous system and fill your cup. So that you can go back to your families or your life with more ease and equanimity. Or stronger boundaries and sense of self.
*I do recommend waiting at least 3 weeks to join us. This is in accordance with the holistic postpartum guidance to spend 7 days IN the bed, 7 days ON the bed and 7 days AROUND the bed. However, I know that not everyone has the support (or ability to rest) for that time, and so if you are in need of community you are welcome to join us any time.
