Postpartum is any time you were pregnant, and now you're not. This is after birth, miscarriage, abortion or still birth. The need and window for deep healing is available.
So whether you are 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years (or more) postpartum, you are welcome to join us in the Nourishing Postpartum Yoga Workshop. I recommend that you are at least 6 weeks postpartum because I recommend deep rest in the whole of your fourth trimester.
Saturday, April 29, 1-3pm
We will start with grounding and orienting, then we will move into gentle, reparative postures including deep abdominal and pelvic bowl integration, and end with a long and juicy yoga nidra ("sleep" yoga).
This is a time for you to be with yourself, so let someone else care for your little ones. If you need child care in order to attend, please let me know and we will arrange something.
(This will not be a place for sharing birth experiences as the purpose of the workshop is physical. However, if you need a compassionate witness to your birth experience, please schedule a 1:1 session with me.)

This class is offered with the Ahava Collective. Classes meet in Presbyterian Church of the Covenant at 501 S Mendenhall St. in Greensboro, NC. Located on the 2nd Floor in Suite 203. Please park in the lot off Morehead St marked Gateway. Look for the Church Office door, enter there and follow the signs to the beautiful studio upstairs.
