Yoga for Motherhood (prenatal/postnatal yoga)
A space for all bodies tending to motherhood - TTC, pregnant or postpartum with babes in arms welcome. We use postures, breathing techniques and meditation to nourish and heal the body, soothe the nervous system and connect with each other as mothers. No yoga experience needed. This class is ongoing at Radiance Yoga

Grief + Grounding Circle and Movement Workshop
The world is changing at an exponential rate which can send our nervous systems out of bounds. In order to affect positive change in the world, YOU must be well first. We must be grounded and we must know who we can turn to. In this circle and movement workshop you will learn tools for creating safety and building resilience. There will also be time for sharing and reflecting in a contained and safe space. This workshop is offered by-donation with a minimum suggested donation of $10 (no one will be turned away).
Postnatal Yoga (ongoing weekly)
This class is for people who are at any stage of postpartum - 3 months or 3+ years. You are welcome to come with or without your little one. This class is ongoing. Join us anytime for a drop-in.

Postures will prepare the body for labor with longer holds and slower transitions. Beginners will learn to control their breath and connect with their thoughts. Seasoned practitioners will learn to slow down. Guided visualizations, mudra and mantra will prepare all for labor, birth and baby.
