6-week Prenatal Yoga Series, Feb 23 - April 6

Welcome home to your new pregnant body! Join us for a new kind of yoga where we move, connect with each other as pregnant people and rest deeply. We will create space to nourish your body, the growth of baby and allow your mind to relax.

This class is for all pregnant people in any stage of pregnancy. No yoga experience necessary!

In this crazy chaotic world I aim to create an atmosphere of calm power where you can turn towards your intuition and trust the process that is unfolding.

I will help you prepare for the birth that you desire using postures, breathing techniques, meditations and relaxation. You will also connect with other pregnant people which is a vital element for the life to come when baby arrives.

Prenatal Yoga runs in 6-week series. Join us anytime for a drop-in. This series runs Feb 23 - April 6. The next series is April 20 - May 25.

NOTE: Non-pregnant support people are welcome in class and are expected to pay and participate just as any other student.

DIRECTIONS: This class is offered with the Ahava Collective. Classes meet in Church of the Covenant Presbyterian at 501 S Mendenhall St. In Greensboro, NC. Located on the 2nd Floor in Suite 203. Please park in the lot off Morehead St marked Gateway. Look for the Church Office door, enter there and follow the signs to the beautiful studio upstairs.
