
Grief + Grounding Circle and Movement Workshop
The world is changing at an exponential rate which can send our nervous systems out of bounds. In order to affect positive change in the world, YOU must be well first. We must be grounded and we must know who we can turn to. In this circle and movement workshop you will learn tools for creating safety and building resilience. There will also be time for sharing and reflecting in a contained and safe space. This workshop is offered by-donation with a minimum suggested donation of $10 (no one will be turned away).
May Mother Circle
This workshop will be a combination of community sharing, yoga, somatic movement, journaling and rest. It will be a time of connection with other mothers and with your Self.

Nourishing Postpartum Yoga Workshop - April
We will start with grounding and orienting, then we will move into gentle, reparative postures including deep abdominal and pelvic bowl integration, and end with a long and juicy yoga nidra ("sleep" yoga).

Cycles & Seasons Workshop
Take a deep dive into the power of the menstrual cycle. There is so much more than knowing when you're ovulating or when to expect your blood. Through menstruation we can explore our inner seasons, emotional and energetic ebbs and flows, and our personal powers and gifts. Perhaps the most important aspect of this is that menstruation can be a time of bliss as we are able to connect with our inner knowing and with divine guidance. We will also use asana, guided meditation and essential oils as tools to assist our work and healing within the cycle.
