Skills and Practices for the New Era of Motherhood
A free class for moms of children of any age. We will practice nervous system skills for grounding, feeling all the feelings and moving through tough times as a community of mothers. This is a self-care, mental-health kind of class where you get to focus on yourself (babes-in-arms welcome; please leave other children with another trusted adult).
This is a free class leading into our full, 8-week MotherCircle course.
