This birth prep class will take you well beyond comfort measures and breathing techniques. You will learn skills to labor in your power, to access pleasure and joy as you open to a transformative experience.

Womb Power Essential Oils Healing Circles
In this on-going class, we will cycle through a 7-class series, exploring essential oils as a tool to heal the emotional, energetic and physical aspects of the womb space. Topics include the 4 Inner Seasons of the menstrual cycle, sacred sexuality, fertility, and pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Drop-ins welcome, or get a discount when you register for the whole series.
